Conduct baseline and end line surveys, and present findings.
Arrange trainings, workshops, seminars, continuous professional development, formulate plans for implementation and improvement.
Leverage our expertise and analytical skills to provide valuable insights and solutions
Conduct organizational performance and develop capacity development plans to address the identified gaps.
Design and implement strategies to improve curriculum and instruction.
Collaborate closely with line ministries, NGOs, Institutions of Higher learning, administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to share best practices in education.
